Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area:

Taiwan Main Island / Outer Islands / Overseas.

2. Shipping Time:

Generally shipped within three business days after payment (excluding holidays). Large original works or those requiring special packaging may require additional time; you will be notified separately.

3. Shipping Method and Cost:

• Delivery method: Home delivery / Freight.
• Shipping fee: Artist pays for orders over US$100; buyer pays for orders under US$100.

4. Packaging and Insurance:

Insurance is recommended for high-priced works; please inform us when placing your order or in our email if you require insured delivery; additional fees apply.

5. Arrival and Signing:

Please check the outer packaging for completeness before signing for the package; if there is obvious damage, please refuse delivery or take photos as evidence and contact us immediately.
