Residency Terms

This agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") is jointly entered into by the applicant (hereinafter referred to as "the Artist") and the operator of the JulieFun platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). By submitting the application form, the Artist is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to accept all the contents of these Terms.

Article 1 Eligibility for Application

1.1 Applicants must be at least 18 years old, or have obtained written consent from their legal guardian

1.2 The applicant must be the legal copyright holder of the uploaded work, or have obtained explicit authorization from the copyright holder.

1.3 The same applicant may not apply under multiple identities; if duplicate applications are found, the platform has the right to cancel the applicant's eligibility.

1.4 Those who have been suspended or removed from the platform for violating these terms are not allowed to reapply unless approved in writing by the platform.

Article 2: Work Guidelines and Upload Standards

2.1 Artists' works submitted for sale must meet the following criteria:

It is an original work, not an imitation, plagiarism or unauthorized reproduction of another person's work.
It does not contain illegal, pornographic, discriminatory, violent, privacy-infringing, or defamatory content.
The description and title of the work must match the actual work and must not be falsely labeled.

2.2 This platform reserves the right to review works and has the right to refuse or remove works that do not meet the standards without prior notice.

2.3 Artists may not sell on this platform the same physical work that has already been sold and delivered through channels outside this platform (i.e., they may not sell the same item twice).

Article 3 Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 The artist retains both the economic and moral rights of his or her work.

3.2 The artist grants this platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use the artwork's images for the following purposes:

Displayed and sold on this platform.
Marketing and promotion for this platform (official social media, email, advertising, etc.).
The thumbnails, preview images, and technical processing on this platform.

3.3 Except for the purposes listed in Section 3.2 above, this platform shall not authorize the artist's works to any third party or use them for commercially licensed derivative products, unless a separate written authorization agreement is entered into with the artist.

3.4 The artist guarantees that the works they upload do not infringe upon the copyright, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. If any third party makes a claim in this regard, the artist shall be solely responsible and shall compensate the platform for all losses incurred as a result.

Article 4 Sales and Profit Sharing

4.1 The revenue sharing ratio between this platform and the artist shall be subject to a separate announcement or agreement between the two parties. Artists should read the relevant instructions carefully before applying.

4.2 The price set by the artist for their work should include all their cost considerations; this platform is not responsible for the reasonableness of the artist's pricing.

4.3 After deducting platform service fees and payment processing fees, sales proceeds will be remitted to the artist's designated account according to the period agreed upon by both parties.

4.4 This platform makes no guarantee of any kind regarding the sales volume or revenue of any artist's works.

Article 5 Logistics and Delivery of Works

5.1 The artist shall, in principle, be responsible for the packaging, shipping and related logistics costs of the physical artwork, unless otherwise stated in the announcement of this platform.

5.2 The artist must complete the shipment within 7 business days after the buyer places the order and provide a tracking number.

5.3 The artist shall be solely responsible for handling and compensating for any disputes arising from the artist's negligence (such as improper packaging, omissions, or incorrect shipments).

5.4 This platform assists in matchmaking but is not responsible for the actions of logistics operators; neither party shall be liable for breach of contract in the event of delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, etc.).

Article 6 Return and Exchange Policy

6.1 This platform has a unified return and exchange policy, and artists agree to comply with it, including but not limited to:

If the artwork is significantly different from the description, a refund or replacement will be provided.
Damage during transportation will be handled according to insurance and logistics liability regulations.

6.2 Artists shall not make any promises to buyers regarding return or exchange conditions that exceed the scope of this platform's policies, in order to ensure the consistency of transactions.

Article 7 Account Management and Data Security

7.1 Artists are obligated to safeguard their accounts and passwords, and are solely responsible for all actions taken under their accounts.

7.2 Artists agree that this platform may collect, process and use their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and that such data will not be sold to any third party.

7.3 Artists may apply to modify or delete their personal information at any time, but completed transaction records must be retained for a certain period of time in accordance with the law.

Article 8 Code of Conduct

8.1 Artists must not engage in the following behaviors; violators will be subject to immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform:

Deceiving buyers or this platform with false information.
They privately induce buyers to complete transactions outside of this platform in order to evade platform service fees.
Harassing or verbally abusing buyers or staff of this platform.
Uploading malicious programs, spam, or launching cyberattacks.
Violation of any applicable law.

Article 9 Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 This platform may suspend or terminate an artist's account for the following reasons:

Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
Received valid copyright infringement complaints.
There have been no new listings for an extended period (over 6 months).
This platform may do so in accordance with its business judgment.

9.2 After the account is terminated, completed orders must still be fulfilled by the artist, and payments for unshipped orders should be refunded to the buyer.

9.3 Artists may also apply to terminate their accounts at any time, but pending orders must be processed first.

Article 10 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

10.1 This platform provides services "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free service, or complete security.

10.2 This platform shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits or business interruption incurred by artists as a result of using this service.

10.3 In any case, the total liability of this platform for a single artist shall not exceed the total amount of revenue actually received by that artist during the period of claiming liability.

Article 11 Amendment

11.1 This platform reserves the right to revise these terms at any time, and the revised version will take effect 14 days after being announced on this platform.

11.2 If an artist continues to use the services of this platform after the revised version takes effect, it shall be deemed that the artist agrees to accept the revised terms.

Article 12 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 The interpretation and execution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China.

12.2 In the event of any dispute between the parties, they shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through negotiation; if the negotiation fails, they agree that the court in the place where the platform’s principal place of business is located shall be the court of first instance.
