Return & Refund Policy

1. Seven-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 19 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, you have a 7-day cooling-off period after receiving the goods, during which you may cancel the contract without giving a reason. This period is for inspection, not trial use; returned works must remain in resalable condition (original packaging, protective materials, certificate, etc.).

2. Exceptions

Under the applicable regulations, the following do not qualify for the 7-day withdrawal right when disclosed and agreed in advance:

• Customized / commissioned works made to your request;
• Non-human-caused force majeure events.

3. Return Process

• Please contact us here during the appreciation period, providing your order number and the reason.
• After confirmation, return the work in protective packaging to [Return Address].
• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

After we receive and verify the returned work, we will refund via the original payment method within 3 business days; actual timing may depend on the payment provider and card issuer.

5. Defects or Shipping Damage

If a work is defective or damaged in transit, email us with photos within 3 days of receipt and we will assist with exchange, reshipment, or refund.
